Roma Church of the Living God in Mukachevo. Today

Now it amounts to 114 people and is divided into 15 home groups. About 200 people attend home groups. There functions youth ministry in which about 30 persons aged 15-18 are involved. About 40 teenagers (11-14 years) attend teenagers' ministry.
A year ago God gave the Church a vision for work with children, and now 8 groups of children aged 4-11 (totally – 170 children) function among Mukachevo Roma. These kids gather for services according to the appointed schedule; every day a certain group, being under the tutelage of a certain teacher, gathers. Kids learn to pray, to sing, they are getting known with the Word of God. They prepare dramas, and once a month kids have the possibility to minister at a Sunday service. So, a new generation grows that is brought up in Christian teaching, morals and biblical principles.
Now the Church prays for spiritual and quantitative growth through testimony, longs to show the way to knowing God through love and the example of life. God gave a missionary vision and now Roma preach the Gospel and plant new churches. Today ministers from Mukachevo Roma church minister in 16 towns. Every church is independent, and they are in love and unity with one another.
Social work with children and lonely old people is also executed in Mukachevo. Five days a week 80 children and 20 adults take nourishment in the kitchen that functions in the Church. Here, in school orphan children are taught writing and hornbook.
