Christian Evangelic Church of the Living God in Uzhgorod

Uzhgorod is an administrative, cultural, political center of Transcarpathian Province of Ukraine. It is situated on the border with Slovakia. The population of the city consists of Ukrainians, Russians, Hungarians, Slovaks, Germans, Roma.
In summer 1994 the Christian Evangelic Church of the Living God, the pastor of which today is Vadim Khlobas, was registered in Uzhgorod. uzhgorod@livegod.org

The range of activities of the church is the following:
• preaching of the Gospel through carrying out of numerous events for veterans, elderly and lonely people, long families, other unprotected people of our city;
• on the basis of the Church "Christian Rights Center" was founded, where we give people professional juridical assistance, and in such a way we share the Good News with them;
• actively functions the ministry for orphans and boarding school leavers;
• the youth of our church constantly hands out the Bibles, Christian literature at medical and educational institutions of our city;
• missionaries of our church actively work not only in our region: the village V.Berezniy, Perechin, Chop, but also in other cities of Ukraine – Rivne, and abroad – Budapest (Hungary);
• youth ministry, children ministry, bookselling ministry, worship team function in the church.

Now we are praying for our city, that God would raise workers in God's field, for strengthening of our leaders and missionaries, foundation of new Churches, salvation of people in our city, in Ukraine.
